We take care of the entire process on your behalf, from gathering the required documentation to communicating with the manufacturer — so you don’t have to. Whether it’s a SMA America Sunny Boy Inverter, Enphase Energy Microinverter, SolarEdge HD Wave Inverter, or another brand, we’ll work with you and the manufacturer to get your system back on track. What’s Included: • Review of system issue and warranty eligibility • Collection of documentation and required photos • Communication with manufacturer and installer (if needed) • Submission of warranty claim • Follow-up and RMA coordination • Optional assistance with replacement equipment installation Note: Does not include materials, hardware, and/or labor for repairs or replacement of warranty covered equipment, additional fees apply.
