For homeowners

Your home. A clearer plan.

HomePip turns your project details into estimates using participating contractors’ pricing. See what changes when you add a battery or charger, and share your details only with the contractors you choose.

How it works

A conversation that turns questions into options.

Pip works through the details one step at a time. Tell Pip what you know, and flag anything you are unsure about.

Pip, the HomePip project guide

Meet Pip.Your guide to exploring the project before you make a commitment.

  1. Tell Pip what you have in mind.

Share your project, ZIP code and the details you know. Bring your questions or a quote you want to understand.

  2. Make the comparison useful.

Compare equipment and pricing. Adjust the options and quantities offered for your project to see what changes.

  3. Choose who to connect with.

Select up to three contractors and send your project request when you are ready.

Your choice

Explore first. Connect when you’re ready.

Compare as many options as you like. Contractors receive your project and contact details only when you send them a request.

Start my estimate

Good to know

Clear before you begin.

Still deciding? These are the questions homeowners ask most.

How close is the estimate to the final price?

Each estimate is built from that contractor’s own pricing for the equipment and services in your project. Your contractor confirms the final price after reviewing your home.

Will contractors call me?

Only the contractors you choose. Your contact details go to up to three contractors when you send a request, and not before.

Where is HomePip available?

Pip checks your ZIP code against the areas participating contractors serve. If an estimate is not available for your project yet, you can request a project review.

What if I do not know all the project details?

Start with what you know. Pip asks follow-up questions, and anything you are unsure about can be flagged for your contractor to confirm.

Who carries out the installation?

Participating contractors provide their proposals and perform the work you agree with them. Renewable Innovations provides the platform, guidance and project support.

Your next step

Bring your project to Pip.

An idea, a question or a quote is enough to begin.
