4. REBATE STRUCTURE
One (1) Customer will be selected to receive a Conditional Promotional Rebate for every 50 completed Qualifying Systems installed during the Program period. A rebate selection event is triggered after every fifty (50) completed Qualifying Systems during the Program period.
Example:
-
1–49 completed systems → 0 rebates
-
50–99 completed systems → 1 rebate
-
100–149 completed systems → 2 rebates
-
150–199 completed systems → 3 rebates
-
And so on…
Installations may trigger multiple rebate events throughout 2026, not only at the end of the year. If the final count for 2026 does not reach a full 50-system block, no additional rebate is triggered.
5. REBATE AMOUNT (CAP)
Each selected Customer may receive:
A rebate of up to $50,000 (maximum cap).
The rebate:
-
Cannot exceed the total eligible system cost
-
Will not include excluded adders or non-covered work
-
Cannot be redeemed in cash except as a direct reimbursement to the customer or system financier
Rebate may be issued as:
-
A check directly to the homeowner,
OR -
A payment made toward the Customer’s solar financing provider to reduce or satisfy the loan balance.
Rebate amount cannot exceed the actual cost of the Qualifying System (excluding all non-covered adders listed above). If the Customer’s qualifying solar + battery system is valued below $50,000, the rebate will match the actual eligible system cost.
Rebates are not transferable.
6. SELECTION PROCESS
