Service Description

Your solar system may still be online but is it performing at its best? If your inverter isn’t reporting data, showing a fault, or seems offline entirely, we can help. This service includes a full inverter inspection, system reboot (if applicable), monitoring portal assistance, and a written summary to help you understand what's working and what might need attention. Whether you use Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA, Fronius, or another system, we’ll reconnect your monitoring platform and walk you through key data points so you can stay informed. If deeper issues arise, we’ll guide you on what to escalate to your original installer or manufacturer. What’s Included: • Visual inspection and data review • Monitoring reconnection (e.g., Enlighten, SolarEdge, etc.) • System reboot or firmware check (when available) • Summary of findings + recommendations • Guidance on warranty/escalation steps 💵 Price: $199 💼 Members: $99 Note: Some older systems may not support modern monitoring platforms. In those cases, we may recommend upgrading with a third-party home monitoring solution (see Home Energy Monitoring Setup).
