Cancellation Policy

These policies apply to all services provided by Renewable Innovations LLC. We work with homeowners and businesses, offering but not limited to project-based consulting, business consultations, energy consultations, and content creation. All information shared is based on current best practices and industry data — deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. 1. Booking & Deposits Most services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Remaining balances are collected upon delivery or as scheduled. Payment methods are securely stored for billing, add-ons, or recurring services with client authorization. 2. Billing Monthly and annual service plans are available and automatically billed based on the selected frequency. Clients receive reminders prior to each charge. It is your responsibility to maintain current and accurate billing information. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full. Delays may affect service timelines and future scheduling availability. 4. Scope of Work Each service is delivered according to a defined scope and estimated time. If additional work is required—due to unexpected system issues, added requests, or technical complications—you will be notified of any potential added cost or delay. All work outside the original scope must be approved in writing. 5. Legal Compliance & Licensing We comply with California law and do not perform electrical, structural, or permitted work unless done through a licensed subcontractor. If your project requires licensed trades, we’ll refer you to trusted partners or revise the scope to remain compliant. 6. Liability & Limitations We are not liable for outcomes affected by changes in utility rates, manufacturer updates, incentive programs, or third-party system failures. Clients are responsible for granting site access, disclosing system details, and ensuring the operability of third-party hardware or software. 7. Recording & Content Rights Our team often documents projects with photos or video for internal training and marketing. If you do not wish to be recorded, notify your technician on camera at the start of the visit. General footage (e.g., rooftops, equipment) may still be included. We are fully insured for all work performed and filmed. Final content may be featured online or in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
